> Open Source is a well-known concept… Or not? What does it really mean?
>
> Most of the people connect open source with software thanks to initiatives such as Linux.
> However, the open source community is broader than that.
>
> It covers software as well as hardware. What are the differences among them? And why should we care about open source in Europe?
>
> These questions and much more will be discussed in this webinar with the help of important figures within the European landscape (i.e. RISC-V International, Open Hardware Foundation).
>
> Considering the fact that the Open Source Hardware is an enabler for showcasing and amplifying impact, whereas it offers a nice mechanism for sharing knowledge, contributing, and supporting our own and others’ ideas, the webinar will continue deep diving into the Open Source Hardware ecosystem details:
>
> challenges and opportunities
> maintenance, exploitation, and collaboration
> real experiences from our invited speakers
